Design the full UX and UI for a no-code enterprise app builder — from login and project management through form creation, workflow configuration, API management, data transformation, and mobile app deployment. The product needed to serve both developers building complex multi-step workflows and operational power users in manufacturing and logistics with no technical background.
The domain is genuinely complex. The product combines a visual app builder, a workflow engine, an API manager, and a data transformation layer — each with distinct interaction models and information architecture challenges. There was no prior design reference, no existing system to inherit, and the technical specification was evolving throughout the engagement. The risk was creating an interface that looked clean but broke down when users hit a multi-step workflow with branching conditions, multiple API data stores, and cross-app variable sharing.
We worked directly from functional specifications and iterative stakeholder sessions. Requirements came in as dense technical briefs that we translated into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity Figma designs. The product had no prior design reference, so research was primarily stakeholder interviews and competitive analysis of existing low-code platforms.
The workflow builder required the most iteration — branching logic needs to be readable at a glance without overwhelming the screen. The data transformation interface was designed as a three-column layout mapping Input, Transformation, and Output to make data relationships explicit without requiring users to understand the underlying schema. We established the Cabin 7 brand and design system in parallel, ensuring a coherent visual identity from the first handoff.
The product launched into active development with a complete design system, full component library, and Figma coverage across all workflows and interaction states. The design gave the engineering team a stable, consistent implementation reference across a product that would have otherwise required significant rework at handoff. The Cabin 7 brand was ready for market from day one of implementation.

A complete web portal and no-code app builder with: visual form builder covering the full component library (text fields, lookups, grids, image inputs, signature capture, geolocation); a workflow engine where users build action sequences visually like a decision tree with branching, API calls, conditionals, and push notifications; an API library managing REST, SOAP, and OData connections; and a three-stage data transformation interface. Brand identity and design system delivered alongside.
Cabin 7 represents one of the most technically complex products we have designed — a full no-code platform for enterprise warehouse and manufacturing teams. Working from evolving specifications required us to make strong structural decisions early and hold to them. The resulting design system and workflow patterns gave the development team a foundation they could build on without constant design intervention.
