✦ How we work

Diagnose before prescribing.

Every engagement follows the same structured process. You always know what we’re doing and why.

01

Understand the problem

Map the full picture — users, business goals, technical constraints, and context.

02

Define the scope

Clearly describe what needs to be done so everyone is aligned before work begins.

03

Explore solutions

Generate and compare options within scope, timeline, and technical constraints.

04

Deliver the design

Provide the best solution with all detail required for implementation.

05

Support development

Stay close during the build. Answer questions. Catch issues early.

06

Verify implementation

Review the built product against the design intent and flag any deviations.

07

Measure success

Track whether the design is achieving the outcomes it was built for.

08

Analyse results

Dig into what the data is showing. Surface patterns and opportunities.

09

Improve

Feed learnings back into the product. Then take on the next problem.

✦ How we use AI

Thoughtful, not dependent.

We use AI to move faster on the parts where speed matters. We keep humans in control of the parts where judgment matters. These are not the same parts.

Where AI helps us move faster

✓ Analysing larger amounts of data

✓ Drafting task descriptions and briefs

✓ Generating UI variations to compare

✓ Building interactive demos and prototypes

✓ Adding documentation

✓ Surfacing common edge cases

✓ Running initial accessibility audits

✓ Managing routine design system tasks

Where humans stay in control

✕ Making critical design decisions

✕ Interviewing users

✕ Ensuring designs fit the existing product

✕ Planning product strategy

✕ Making designs pixel-perfect

✕ Handling complex edge cases

✕ Verifying accessibility and usability standards

✕ Communicating with the team and stakeholders

✕ Ensuring dev handoff is complete

The goal is faster delivery without thinner thinking. AI compresses production time. Judgment still takes the same time it always did.

✦ Meetings

Structured, not open-ended.

We recommend 1–2 weekly calls to align, review, and plan the next sprint. Every meeting is run by Gytis and ends with clear next steps.

Clear agenda sent in advance — everyone reviews designs before we talk, so we use the time to decide rather than describe.
Every meeting is run by Gytis — not handed off to a project manager. If there’s a design decision to make, it gets made in the room.
Written action list at the end — every call closes with a concrete list of what happens next, who does it, and when.
Async updates between calls — you never go more than a few days without knowing where things stand.
✦ Tools

Your tools, not ours.

We integrate into whatever stack you already use. You don’t change your workflow for us.
