Arnlea’s product Intrinsix improves visibility and the control of equipment integrity in hazardous environments and further reduces paperwork and carbon footprint by bringing cost savings, traceability and progress toward HSEQ KPI
Our objective was to redesign Arnlea's product, Intrinsix, to improve usability, enhance visibility and control of equipment integrity in hazardous environments, and reduce paperwork and carbon footprint.
By implementing a new visual interface and redesigning the app architecture, we aimed to streamline interactions, improve accuracy, and simplify the user experience.
To understand user needs and pain points, we conducted in-depth research and analysis. We developed user personas and created a user journey map, which outlined users' workflows, objectives, and daily challenges.
This research provided valuable insights that guided our design process and identified opportunities for improvement.
Based on our research findings, we began the design process by creating wireframes and prototypes. These visual representations allowed us to iterate and refine the app's interface, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
We also developed a comprehensive design system, which included all the necessary assets for the implementation of the new design.
The project to redesign Arnlea's Intrinsix app successfully addressed the challenges of equipment integrity management in hazardous environments.
Through thorough research, user-centered design, and the development of a comprehensive design system, we created a user-friendly interface that enhanced usability, reduced human error, and improved visibility and control.
The implementation of the redesigned app resulted in significant improvements in inspectors' efficiency, reduction in inspection campaigns, and increased accuracy and traceability.
With the new Intrinsix app, Arnlea was able to provide its users with a powerful tool that streamlined workflows, reduced paperwork, and contributed to cost savings and environmental sustainability.
